2. Information We Collect

• Contact forms: name, email, phone, business name, message
• Scheduling: information submitted via Calendly
• Payments: billing info processed by Stripe — we never store full card numbers
• Analytics: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps via Google Analytics (active)
• Lead data: when we provide agent services to clients, we process lead data on their behalf as a data processor
• Meta Pixel: not currently active — reserved for future use

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve our Services, process payments, send communications, analyze site usage, and comply with legal obligations.

GDPR legal bases: performance of a contract, consent, legitimate interests, and legal obligation.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers (Stripe, Resend, Calendly, Google Analytics) to deliver our Services, for legal purposes, or in connection with business transfers.

We do not sell personal information. Certain analytics cookies may constitute "sharing" under CCPA/CPRA. To opt out, email us with subject "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" or enable GPC in your browser.

Client and contract records: 7 years. Analytics data: 24 months. Lead conversation data processed on behalf of clients is retained per our client data processing agreements.

10. Children's Privacy

11. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
